Dr. Reena Kavilaveettil, M.D.
Dr. Kavilaveettil is certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). She is Board Certified in Clinical Neurophysiology (Epilepsy/Neuromuscular Disease). She is also Board Certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM). She has certification in Headache Medicine.
She is currently triple-board-certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and electrodiagnostic medicine.
Her Focus
Dr. Kavilaveettil focuses on Epilepsy and Seizure disorder treatments for adults and has a special interest in these treatments. The office has the ability to conduct all outpatient EEGs for diagnosis of Seizure disorders.
She also focuses on the treatment of movement disorders and treats Parkinson’s Disease, Essential tremor, cervical dystonia, focal dystonia, spasticity, hemifacial spasm, and blepharospasm (uncontrolled eyelid movement).
